First Tuesday each month
Join us on the first Tuesday night each month in north central Phoenix for a meditation and healing circle. This event offers 
opportunities for learning and interaction with other souls on the spiritual journey in a comfortable, supportive environment.
Evenings include different forms of meditation, brief updates and information on a range of topics, and group healings. This is a great way to learn more about cutting-edge healing modalities, the development of human consciousness; practical applications derived from science and metaphysics, and explore different meditation techniques.

IS FEAR HOLDING YOU BACK? LET’S GET RID OF IT!

Worried about job security? Finances? World events? Health issues?
During times of upheaval, it is easy to fall into a pattern of fear, especially when we focus on what could go wrong instead of what is going right!
I’m seeing so much fear-based thinking surfacing lately that I asked Spirit how I can help shift awareness to a place of higher consciousness. This mini-workshop emerged from that prayer.
I believe that these times offer us a fabulous gift: the opportunity to claim our true freedom as co-creators; to align the outer aspects of life more fully with our inner potential.
But there’s a catch: we cannot create from a place of fear!
It is simply not scientifically possible for both the frequencies of fear and faith to simultaneously occupy the same time/space. You are either entertaining fear, or you are embracing faith.
When you act in fear, you attract like energies of lower consciousness and lack. When you act in faith, you attract higher energies of creativity, joy and confidence. It is vitally important to release fear so we can make space for positive outcomes!
If you are feeling a little wobbly, you absolutely need to get to this workshop! We’ll use tapping protocols from EFT, TAT and AFT to clear out fear from every participant’s life so that you can move forward with confidence and faith. I will guide you through the process to:
· Identify the source of fear in your life
· Locate the energy imprint of fear in your body
· Release the fear from your body and mind
· Renew your emotional, mental and spiritual energy
· Replace all fear with confidence and faith
· Raise your vibrational frequencies with a sound and light meditation.
