My passion is to heal and raise the consciousness of our planet, one life at a time. 

I work toward this goal by helping people move past all forms of limitation to access their innate truth and power, reclaiming their highest expression of being.

The techniques used in my work incorporate best practices in integrative body/mind/spirit protocols to beyond the surface and to touch the inner core, resulting in profound shifts and lasting transformation.

My life work evolved from the experience of growing up in South Africa during the apartheid era; instilling a deep desire to bring healing and reconciliation to people everywhere.  

After leaving South Africa, I lived primarily in the Middle East and the United States, where I owned a successful marketing and advertising company and held senior management positions with several international companies.  The dynamic environment of international business strengthened my abilities to reach across cultures and build relationships with people from diverse walks of life.   

I became intrigued by the way people respond to life: how some individuals are able to remain resilient despite life’s obstacles while others are dragged down by the undertow.  Over time, this led to a master's thesis on the correlation between human and organizational development, and methodologies to support the process of on-going development. 

After years of working in the field, a personal health crisis led me to start seriously exploring alternative healing concepts for answers.  The experience of working with several alternative modalities ultimately restored my health - and added a wonderful new dimension to my work.

I started integrating best practices from cutting-edge modalities to into my work of helping others, and the results were amazing: so much so, that I eventually walked away from a lucrative business career to dedicate myself to this work fully.  

I bring to the table much more than academic degrees and certifications: my work also encompasses compassion, Higher wisdom and the power of intention to facilitate profound shifts of consciousness.

My academic credentials include a Master's Degree in Business Management with an emphasis on organizational and individual life cycles. My healing credentials include certification as a Behavioral Kinesiologist, a Vibrational Energy Instructor/Practitioner and a certified Life Balance Coach with extensive international teaching & clinical experience. I am also certified as a practitioner  in Touch For Health, Matrix Energetics, crystology,  Usui Reiki and Karuna Reiki. 

Additional certifications include completion of an apprenticeship as a master shaman in the Brazilian tradition and ordination as a non-denominational minister with the Universal Life Church. Over the years, I have added numerous workshops from the fields of Professional Kinesiology Practice, Behavioral Kinesiology, Emotional Freedom Technique, Reflexology, and more.

These skills have been honed by extensive international teaching & hands-on clinical experience.  I integrate body/mind/spirit healing techniques and transformational life coaching skills to facilitate balanced growth for clients. The techniques used in a typical session are orchestrated with finely tuned intuitive guidance to bring about profound change in a safe and supportive environment.   

The most powerful influence in my work has been that of Dr. David R. Hawkins, M.D., Ph.D., the pioneer and foremost authority today in the field of human consciousness.  I am profoundly grateful for the clarity, integrity and focus of Doc's work in honing my skills, and I am honored by the privilege of having studied with him.
